Engineering Administrative Aide - This position performs a variety of duties such as filing, data input and tracking, running reports, coordinating and setting up meetings, taking meeting notes and drafting meeting minutes. The person in this position provides customer service to staff and clients. This position requires a high school degree and at least six months of office experience.

Drafter - Drafters use computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment and software to create detailed construction drawings, topographical profiles and related maps and specifications that are used in planning and construction of projects such as highways, river and harbor improvements, flood control and drainage, and petroleum processing facility equipment such as piping and module layout. This position requires drafting training through high school classes or an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and training and experience in AutoCAD 13, AutoCAD 14 or AutoCAD 2000 design software.

Designer - Designers apply engineering principles to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment or processes used in processing or manufacturing products. They accurately and efficiently produce designs which conform to applicable codes and specifications. Designers prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and designs for projects. They use various AutoCAD systems to design tasks. This position requires an Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college, an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology from an accredited institution, or equivalent years of design experience.

Schedulers & Planners - These positions support the Project Manager/Project Engineer in the areas of planning and scheduling. They facilitate corporate manpower planning, provide project resource analysis and create reports to communicate project progress. They analyze contractual commitments, client specifications, design changes and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual design states through the life cycle of the product. These positions require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, and working knowledge of Primavera (P3e).

Engineer - Engineers research, develop, design, engineer and test equipment and systems for oil and gas production and refining, electrical power generation and distribution, commercial building development, and the mining industry. Our engineers are education in and work on the civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and chemical aspects of our projects. This position requires a four-year Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in any of the disciplines mentioned.

Project Manager/Project Engineer - This position plans, directs and coordinates project activities to ensure that client requirements are met, reviews status reports prepared by project personnel, modifies schedules or plans as needed, directs construction and maintenance activities at project site, and supervises design personnel (i.e., engineers, designers, draftsmen) and subcontract personnel assigned to the project. They use engineering and design software and equipment to prepare project documents. This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Business Administration or a relevant Engineering field from an accredited university or training program, and minimum of five years oil and gas related and project engineering experience.

Healthy, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) - This position supports all aspects of the Company Health, Safety and Security programs. Reviews, develops, administers and tracks organizational health, safety, security and environmental programs, policies and procedures. HSSE also develops, implements and track health, safety, and security requirements in regards to Customer, Corporate, Company and Regulatory compliance for individual projects.

Information and Communications Technology (ITC) - Positions in this field provide IT maintenance, obtaining, installing, managing hardware, updating software, managing LAN and WAN networks, ensure safety and security for network users and provide technical support for IT users.

Accounting - The Accounting Department is responsible for the financial functions of NANA WorleyParsons including employee payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts reveivable. All employee expense reports and p-card reconciliation reports are submitted to accounting for payment. Accounting provides monthly financial reports to the departments.

Administrative Procurement & Travel - NANA WorleyParsons Administrative Procurement and Travel Department is responsible for the relationship between NANA WorleyParsons and its suppliers.  The overall goal of NANA WorleyParsons Admin Procurement is to maintain a continuous supply of products and services necessary to support the operations of the company.

The People Group (HR) - The focus of the People Group includes diversity, mobility, remuneration and benefits, recruiting, and development of people across the company.
